Everything! Amazing location, friendly staff and great rooms.
This hotel was amazing, beautiful rooms, very clean and great service. I particularly loved the shuttle to the beach and the location of the hotel

The room set up was perfect for our family. The resort staff was friendly and everything was kept in great condition. I especially loved all the little things that made our stay comfortable- water bottles/ champagne on check in, a kids toy for my baby, dishwashing detergent, free bikes and beach chair rentals… the things that other hotels will nickel and dime you for.
The staff, the amenities, the facilities and location were all great. Great high end restaurant in the hotel. Family friendly.
Location was fantastic. About 3-4 blocks from Fifth Avenue, with its many restaurants and shops. There were 2 shuttles available all the time to take one to more distant locations, such as Lowdermilk Park beach (nice, with good facilities) or the restaurants and shops in Old Naples on 3rd Street. Walking distance (but a bit far) to Tin City.
The property was beautiful and the location could not of been better! Shopping and Restaurants nearby! The staff was so nice and welcoming.
